Bioinformatics and Autoimmunity

 Bioinformatics is the application of technology of computer for management of biological data. Computers are used to store, gather, analyze and integrate genetic and biological information, which can then be applied to gene-based drug development and discovery.  Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary playing field that develops software tools and methods for understanding biological data. Bioinformatics database mostly used in protein sequences, in Autoimmune Diseases  by using different databases.
